Tyler, Cassell, Jackson, Peace & Silver, LLC was originally established in 1977. We consist of six partners: Donald W. Tyler, Herbert C. Cassell, Jr., Thomas B. Jackson, III, M. Alan Peace, Jeffrey L. Silver, and Donald W. Tyler, Jr.; one associate, Taylor A. Peace; and seven paralegals and/or support staff.

We are located in Columbia, South Carolina and practice statewide.
